NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS OF THE SCHUYLERVILLE VILLAGE BOARD FOR THREE SEPARATE MATTERS FOR BOARD CONSIDERATION

LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, The Village Board of the Village of Schuylerville will hold a Public Hearing on Monday March 10^th 2025 at 6:00 p.m., to be followed by the regular village monthly meeting, on the following matters:

1. The presentation of the updates to the Village of Schuylerville Comprehensive Plan.
2. The presentation of the tentative budgets for both the General Fund and the Sewer Fund for the fiscal year 2025-2026.
3. The purchase of a new dump truck in the amount of $292,991 of which $200,000 is proposed to be taken from the equipment reserves and a BAN taken out for the remaining $92,991.

A copy of the proposed comprehensive plan and the tentative budgets are available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Village Clerk’s office, 35 Spring Street, Schuylerville New York, as well as on the village website at villageofschuylerville.org.
